Designed around the needs of active, nature-seeking guests, we aimed to create a comfortable, but practical house to enhance the stay experience, encourage positive reviews, and support strong short-term rental performance for the owner.

House

A spacious 3–4 bedroom property configured to balance comfort, functionality, and relaxed rural living.

Full Renovation

A complete refurbishment that involved rethinking the layout, upgrading finishes, and improving functionality to deliver a cohesive, contemporary, and high-quality result.

West Coast, Scotland

Inspired by the coastal and woodland setting, the design uses natural textures and light to create a calm, distinctive retreat, carefully planned for durability, ease of use, and strong guest appeal, well positioned just outside Oban.

Log cabin

A secluded West Coast retreat offering a truly unique guest experience, where remote wilderness, woodland views, and quiet coastal air create a rare sense of escape from everyday life.

Renewed Layout

We reworked the layout by removing walls and creating new entrances, making better use of previously underused space and improving the overall flow and functionality of the home.

Before & In Progress

Works are underway to implement a redesigned layout, including the removal of walls, creation of new openings, and redefined circulation in line with our spatial plans.

We modelled the proposed plan in 3D to clearly demonstrate how circulation would change and how the additional en suite bathrooms could be integrated, allowing the owner to visualise the impact of the layout before any construction began.
