Renewed Layout

We reconfigured the layout by removing the main entrance into the kitchen to enable double doors from the nook room to open into a large kitchen/dining area, unlocking previously underutilised space and creating a more cohesive, practical layout throughout the home.

Visualisation

Visualising the two rooms as a single, unified space helped the investor confidently decide to close the previous kitchen entrance, allowing the two main glass doors to form the primary access into the new kitchen-dining area.
